Week 3 Day 2


Rest and Heal Day.
Might visit the gym later and work on legs for a few minutes, but it is not a priority. Resting and healing is.
Would like to swim tomorrow and need to swap my sprocket so I can use my Shimano wheel on the TREK for indoor training. I am going to cut out hill running completely this week.  Posted by Hello
