Wish I was Here

Immediately after the Korean Ironman fizzled for me on the second last day of August, I identified this race - in Australia, this weekend, as my next Ironman.

The air ticket proved to be prohibitively expensive (W2million or R11 000), even more expensive than my ticket to South Africa (I'm not sure why that is when Australia is closer to Korea...)and I didn't seem to bounce back even after 2-3 weeks of rest.

I see on www.ironmanlive.com that Glen Gore is completing. I would love to be ready for Phuket and this race next year, particularly if Hawaii doesn't happen.

Brusselton seems to be one of the most pristine venues on the Ironman circuit. Posted by Hello
