My body is stiff and sore from the 20 minutes of light gym I did on Monday. My foot is also still troubling me even though I have not run for two days. I am going to give myself another day to heal, and rest. I am not as consistent as last week, but I will have time to make up for it at the end of the week.
One of the priorities needs to be getting more
sleep, and one way to do that is to spend less time blogging.
I have eaten quite well this week. Had avo on toast again today.
