Week 4 Day 2


Gym 40 minutes.

Definite weakness in my hamstrings. Right hamstring is weaker than the left. Injury to the right knee is obviously a factor, even 14 years after the car accident that caused it. I can feel just a different tissue process when each leg works. Will do a lot of hamstring curls, lying on the stomach, and develop the tissue as much as I can. Did lots of legs today, and by the time I got to stomach, I was quivering with the effort.
10 Pullups and other swim strengthening routines. A good session - twice as long as the last.

The twinges in my right foot seem to be getting slightly less when I walk downstairs.
Although a cold snap is coming, I will do a last cycle before the snow comes, even if it has to be in Lake Park before lunch.

I have 3 weeks left of gym membership. I expect to go another 3 times this week, 5 times next week, and 6 days up to 14 December when it expires. I expect to strengthen my legs and stomach in the coming weeks.
