Week 3 Day 6


Gym: 20 minutes

Ran to gym and am not satisfied with my right leg.

10 pullups, situps, calf raises.
Besides the gym session I did on Monday, I have not exercised at all this week. Will see what I can do tomorrow. Would like to swim and possibly cycle. Need to start building gradually again. I'm sure I can improve upon this week! Posted by Hello
