Conclusion and Assessment
Despite the injury to my foot I was able to rest and recover, and actually continued to improve on times, distance and speeds in both running and swimming. Must consider doing indoor training on the bike, if only in December. Should develop upper and lower body strength by going to gym twice a week. Should also watch the diet. Weight has come down nicely this week.
Projection:
Swims: For the next week, increase swim distance so you swim about 2km average for each session. Try to do a 250m in under 3:40
Runs: Do 4 hills in the next session, and another 3 lapper. The week after that, try going 4 times around. Run twice at least once this week.
Cycles: If it is unusually warm over the weekend, do a cycle, otherwise strengthen the legs in gym and cycle on the indoor bikes there.
Try not to get sick!
