Workout: 250mx 7 on 5 minutes.

Weight: 80.2kg

Felt very sore for the first 4 sets, and then felt stronger in the last 3 sets. Hurt a muscle between my neck and shoulder while sleeping. Will swim again on Friday (2km minimum).
