Week 1, Day 2

At about 17:30 I went for the hill session. I was feeling really tired, and it was pretty nippy out there. I dressed a bit like an eskimo - think: Rocky running up the steps .

I went up twice, and got my heart rate up to 164. Was tempted to go a third time, but if I did, then next week I would probably try to top that. The most I have done is 7, so I am going to slowly work towards that, and maybe even surpass that.
Climbs were not too tough, felt steady. Next week Tuesday I will do 3.

Average heart rate was 144.
Total time: 32 minutes.
Distance: Approximately 5km.
