Sunshine

I'm going to put this picture in as the last one for the evening, not because I think Claudia Schiffer is so amazing, but because I really don't want the first picture that people see over the next 12 hours to be pictures from a graveyard.
I used to think Claudia was quite something, but I am convinced that the more beautiful you are, the harder it is to be nice, or to make decent conversation with someone.

I actually had a fling with someone once who reminded me a lot of her.
Claudia has recently had a baby. Her husband is the director of hundreds of incredible movies I have never seen.

Another celebrity who has lost a lot of luster, for me, is Nicholas Cage. I still think he is a great actor though. I saw him on Jay Leno and I realised he is one of those people you can't really talk to. I worry that Robin Williams is the same. I guess if you are in your third marriage, and one of the people you've divorced is the ex-wife of Michael Jackson, well...some screws are loose somewhere. His cousin directed the movie Lost in Translation which was really fresh.
In the movies I think Nicholas Cage is great. Out of them, I wonder how grounded he is.

Nicole Kidman is one of my favorite actors now, and I also like Jude Law. The girl in Whale Rider, Keisha Castle-Hughes, was brilliant.
I think my favorite male actor is Jim Carrey. He is so versatile, and is really underestimated I think. Kate Winslet was in a movie with Carrey called ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND. Kaufman wrote it (he also wrote Adaptation and Nicholas Cage was brilliant in that).
Catch ETERNAL if you can.
