Cold Rush

There are very sharp cold spikes in the air today. When I cycled to work my eyes watered. It's bright blue outside. It reminds me of those winter mornings when I cycled to school in Bloemfontein on my BMX.

My arms feel stiff today, probably more from the pullups than swimming. My right foot hurt a lot coming down the stairs. I think all I am going to do today is join the gym this evening and work on my lower body.

I am listening to Armin van Buuren as I write. He performed on Saturday at the Sheraton. The music he mixes is called trance, or progressive. Sasha will be at M2 on November 27. I might catch that.  Posted by Hello
