Buoyancy

Being born into a new day when you have only had 5 hours sleep is like being born premature. I didn't feel entirely ready to enter the day.

A close friend of Corneli's, in London, has just had a baby boy, while another friend of our's baby is sick. Imagine being born tomorrow! What a world this is...

Felt quite sleepy and not as sharp mentally as I like to be. My classes this morning were good, but I think I was wearing thinner and thinner towards evening. My adult class, which I think I have produced interesting and evocative classes was less so this time. Partly because the material was tough, and maybe the subject, South Africa, at first glance, seemed totally alien to them.

We'll talk about Mandela tomorrow and I am sure inspiration will flow.

Do you know about an acclaimed movie that has emerged out of South Africa. It stars Arnold Vosloo, amongst others. Have a look at www.forgivenessthemovie.com
