Week 15 Day 4

Arrived half an hour late for Physio, but I didn't regret any of the lost time.

Physio was actually pretty good. Petro must have talked to the girls, as the programme was more leg specific. I also said some important things so everything is in the air and cooled down. I may get Colleen to work out a sport's specific diet. Not sure if I like the idea of being told what to eat though so will see how I feel.

After Physio I drove to Virgin Active. The sun has klapped me a bit, as I am burnt on my arms and neck and feel quite drained, almost as though I am thirsty, from yesterday's ride.

Hannes might organise me a bike box which will make transporting my bike oin aeroplanes less of a pain in the butt.

I need to rest today.

Good news is I weigh 77.75kg which means it is steadily dropping. I think the fruit and veg diet is definitely working. Need to take it easy heading into the weekend's cycle race. Need to run at least 2 more times this week as well.

Will I go to Cape Town this weekend? Still putting the trip together in my head. Will be good to go to Llandudno and see some of the people I missed first time round, and get my AAA diploma. I may need that if I am crazy enough to start looking for work again in this country.

Also want to get more photos of the countryside, Table mountain, the Waterfront and the city. I'm just not sure I feel like making a long trip. I am in a good pattern, and I also need to rest up a bit.

Tomorrow I need to change my handlebars again, and probably do a long swim, like 4.5km.
It's been a nice day so far.
