Driving alongside Canal Walk, which is I think the biggest Retail Centre in South Africa, if not South Africa, in terms of square metres. Unfortunately the hedge on the right parted only once for 1 or 2 seconds and we missed a shot of it. This is aboput 5km outside of Cape Town. While I was at AAA School of Advertising we had to find ways to market Ratanga Junction, which is part of the Canal Walk Complex. It wasn't making much money then, and since they were picky about our ideas, it's not making money now. Recently people got stuck on one of the loops of the Cobra (a yellow rollercoaster), and had to be extricated one by one of the course of about 2 hours. You get a Cash Cow (which makes a lot of money) and then you get a Dog, which doesn't. Ratanga is a Dog with plenty of fleas.
