Is this food really good for you? I probably gained 2kg just from eating LEKKER kos over the course of the weekend. I have already instituted a countermeasure, known as Campaign Fat Attack. On Tuesday I ran 1hour 45 minutes (about 17.5 km). That's disposed of the burger lining. Now to sort out the biltong and chips. Posted by Hello
