NVDL: Frankly, I haven't got a clue. Don't even know what language this is. But I fancy I made a pretty good point at the time on the media calling the Zim thing totally wrong from the start. I wrote this just after the first elections, when all the newspapers shouted: PACK YOUR BAGS and BOB MUST GO. After 20 years in power to expect him to check out with a whimper and a wave is a leeetle bit dof.
Sorry guys, I haven't seen any signs that Robert Mugabe is about to step down. So I also don't know where the press got the idea to trumpet their wish-it-comes-true headlines. Is this hard reporting? Personally I am shocked that we are still capable of such naivete (after the war in Iraq media shambles to name but one example).
