9 Fat-Burning Eating Tips - Yahoo

NVDL: Not bad. The apples, green tea and lean meat or possibilities. I'd say strip breads completely out of your diet, and also sodas and fruit juice (substitute water, tea and red wine).

Add produce (fruit and veg), and limit meat to smaller portions. Here's another great tip: eat less, exercise more.
