(Reuters) - South Africa's Sasol, the country's biggest fuel supplier, said on Thursday that repairs on a petrol blending station damaged after a fire at its Secunda coal-to-fuel plant had been completed.

Spokeswoman Jacqui O'Sullivan said all blending functions were now operational, but supplies would remain tight this week.

"Repairs to the petrol blending station in Secunda have this afternoon been completed," she told Reuters in a statement.

"Resulting from the station's downtime, supply may still remain tight this week as operations return to normal."
