The king of disguise

SHOOT: Another clever strategy insect critters employ (and some reptiles) is mimicry. Some flies, worms etc imitate other creatures (wasps, terrible tasting grubs) instead of coming up with the same defences (stings, poisons).
I've also heard that cowboys used to dress up as indians, and racist Klu Klux Klaners (what other kind are there) painted their faces to look like indians or blacks and then attached white folks - to incite racist ire.

Camouflage is a disguise used by animals or plants to hide themselves from their enemies.

To help it blend in with the leaves and hide from its enemies, nature has given it a set of green wings that are shaped and ribbed exactly like the leaves of the trees in which it lives.
