Sometimes I have an internet bill of around R2000. This is courtesy of Autopage-Cellular who charge me very high rates as soon as I go over 500MB of usage. Btw you can easily use up that amount by watching about 5 or so Youtube videos. In other words, within a few days, you;re over their cap. It's a lousy system.
