JSE crashes through 18 000 level, following world markets - Water ‘rations’, higher tariffs in pipeline

A friend of mine who works high up in a bank says if the banks don't sort out the financial wreckage within the next 6 months, we can expect a catastrophe, including wars - because everything will come to a standstill, and then civil unrest, riots etc will break out as chronic shortages set in.
