Got back from Gangwhado just in time for a swim. The pool was quite empty which is always a bonus.

Best 100m: 1:19 (was quite happy with that, was stroking the water nicely, especially with my right arm)

85.6kgWanted to go and have a salad after this. The traffic outside the gym was horrendous, always is on a Sunday evening. I bought icecream and junk food instead.
This is the most exercise I've had in a many weeks. I'll try to do 12/15 next week.
