I went to Newcore recently, and walked by a woman cooking noodles. I tasted some, burnt the skin off my tongue, but grabbed a bag because the aftertaste (roast tongue notwithstanding) was just that good.
A few days later I came home and boiled some water, added the ingredients, and stirred. Its a delicious broth, with thick sticky noodles. Chewy and tasty. Going to have this at least once or twice a week.
