Today is Day 1 of my Ulgin training. On October 2nd, there's a standard triathlon at Ulgin, on South Koreas East Coast. Will focus on running, and sideline cycling and swimming to some extent. The running focus has two benefits:
1) weight loss
2) increase aerobic fitness quickly
This will necessarily help my cycling.
The swim I can get up to speed in only 2-3 weeks.
The keyword now is consistency.
