South Africa deaths from H1N1 approach 91, World total now at 5119

SHOOT: South Africa has the 11th most H1N1 infections in the world, quite an achievement for a country with >50 million people.

SA has recently surpassed the UK, which has suffered 84 deaths. The UK's population size is almost a third higher than SA's.

Just a few days ago swine flu infections had grazed by the 5010 mark. The uptick of figures is based on news reports and government announcements.
