Uncapped Potgieter contributed 18 points including the last-minute drop goal that earned the Cheetahs a shock 23-21 victory over title holders Coastal Sharks at Absa Stadium in Durban.

Steyn scored all 21 points via seven penalties as Bulls survived a strong second-half comeback by Province that produced the only try of the match from wing Gio Aplon.
