I recently got an email from my friend Yoon (from Ilsan's Triathlon Club). He sent me a few pictures and briefly described his Ironman experience.
I am pleased to inform that I successfuly finished my 1st Ironman course
at Jeju on 28th Aug 2005.
Especially thanks for your advice for GU2O.
I managed to buy some packs,which cost \3,500 per each pack.
I tried it at running exercise and found very helpful to me.
