What your CV should look like

Looking for a job? Well, is your CV shooting you in the foot?

The chances are, if your CV doesn't include a photo of you, you're going to be passed over. Employers are time starved and they don't enjoy the recruitment process. Make it easier for them by providing a picture of yourself. It often says a thousand words at a glance, and they don't have time to read thousands of words again and again.

Bullets and numbers are good.
Make it a short, snappy read.
Start with an interesting fact.
Then provide your most recent experience and make sure it's relevant.

The rest should read like a journey, but bulleted.

Provide your key philosophy to describe how you roll.

Don't start off with a list of skills. Most people have exactly the same [hard worker, passionate, diligent] - it's boring.
