Heavy falls of rain (greater than 50mm) are expected in some places in the eastern half of the Northern Cape, western half of North-West Province, southern half of the Free State and the northern interior of the Eastern Cape.
Thunderstorms in these areas may become severe, with a risk of large hail and damaging winds.
