The good news is China has decided to invest in wind technology, to solve its electricity problems. (Yes, China is currently suffering from electricity/fuel supply shortages for its major cities and factories). While this news is good, it will take around 15 years to build enough windmills and infrastructure in order to generate even a fraction of China's bulging power needs.
