The Forgotten is the scariest movie I have seen this year. I was pretty scared in The Village, but I actually felt my skin crawl in this movie.
I haven't figured Julianne Moore out. She's been in movies like Boogie Nights, which have confused the image I have of her. Contrast that role with the one she had in The Hours. She's intelligent, and sensual and often, I feel, mournful. But at the same time strong.
Julianne Moore seems to have a thing for bald guys aswell. She's married to Anthony Edwards in this movie (the doctor in E.R.), and she was interested in everyone's favorite balding guy, Kevin Spacey, and before that I don't remember much except that something seemed to be developing between her and Hannibal Lecter. If I ever make that movie I mentioned earlier, where everyone, even the children, have shaved heads, she's going to be the heroine.
She's probably the only woman in film who makes freckly skin look sexy.
