I ran past this gate earlier this year. It's funny to be driving through some streets of Seoul that you think you've never been in before, and then you see, "Oh, I've run here before."
Wish I could say the same today. No training today but it has been a fairly sporty week with the skiing and swimming.
I am not going to make any assumptions about my training (or racing prospects) until I've seen the podiatrist in South Africa.
I'll do a few swims this week and finally get on the bike in the warm sun and thin air of Johannesburg, with Alex. 13 Weeks (exactly 3 months)Remaining...
