There was what seemed like an impromptu procession through Insadong while we were there.
The retinue of flag and cart bearing people dressed in colorful ceremonial garments add to the already rewarding experience that an exploration of Insadong brings. It's a nice way to spend part of a Sunday afternoon in Seoul.
