fun workout with the Froggies, mixing it up, from fly, to underwater, to bunch swimming, to headup, to some indescribable stuff. Woke up today feeling sick. But felt better after the swim.

Almost 3 hours of total training today.
Going to rest up tomorrow, just do a 9km run. Not feeling 100% healthy now, but possibly just need a good nights rest. Hope so.
