It seems like just yesterday that I reported this blog to have surpassed 75 000, and it is now well on its way to 80 000. Each and every day this week has reported much higher numbers than each and every day of the previous week, and this is against the background of only a few blog posts that go up between 17:00 and 22:00.
My prediction is as the oil price shoots by $140 and $150 traffic to this blog (and other blogs concentrating on Peak Oil) will begin to double, and triple in numbers as people increasingly dispose of those conduits that have been peddling bullshit. As trouble intensifies, those resources unable to provide insights that make any sense are rapidly going to face obsolescence.
