
A wet day, and the meeting ran late again, so I was really tempted to skip the swim today. But I was really not keen to spend my lunch break at home. I'm bored being at home all the time.
I caught a taxi and was in the water quite late, at 14:08.
Swim: 37 minutes
Distance: 1.75km
1km: 19:50

Best 250m: 3:25
Did some fly crawl.
Went for 3 rides on the supertube. Felt good after that! But felt really flat and tired during the swim. I haven't been to gym in a while, but my body still feels a bit wasted. I also felt lunch, a toasted tuna sandwich, coming back at me, while I was swimming.

I probably won't go to gym again before I leave. My foot is still sore, and my level of commitment is dropping because if one 7.5km run is going hurt this much, it's a different order of reality trying to do several sessions a week, to prepare for a marathon.
I'd like to swim quite a few times still. My swimming, at least, is one bright light in the sky.
One of the girls at reception explained that the pool would not be closed this Sunday. Maybe the man who told me it would be closed realised he'd given me the wrong information and told her to tell me when she saw me.
She blushed when she was trying to tell me, which I thought was quite sweet.
