Week 6 Day 5


Gym: 30 minutes

Legs:
Hamstring Curls: 3 sets
Leg lifts: 2 sets
Extensions: 100 (40kg)
Calf raises: 20

Arms:

Swim pulls: 3 sets (1 on a different apparatus)
Chest curls: 2 sets
Rowing: 2 sets
Pull ups: 1x10

Other:
Leg lifts: 1x25

Felt a bit dizzy. Maybe from a sugar spike, or because all I had today was a little cereal, a sandwich and coke and popcorn for dinner, and a hot and cold chocolate just before gym. The Yonsei guy was at gym again.

Stopped at the shop for some beer to help me on my way to Dreamland. Hye Young called again but I said I was too tired to go out.

I might watch one of the movies (Blade Trinity or Fire in the Sky)I downloaded until I am sleepy enough for oblivion.
My body feels pretty whacked from gym.
