Gym: 30 minutes.
Today my right foot hurt. It's a mystery. I only swam yesterday, and the 15 minute run on Saturday was so easy I might aswell have been lying down. What the heck is going on? There's a Seoul Synergy dinner this Saturday and I am going to ask the guys what they think. Is achilles this temperamental?!
I jogged easily to the gym at 23:35. Once there I did these Leg Exercises:
Hamstring curls (3 sets, most on 7kg, one leg at a time, but did some of the last set using both legs)
Leg Raises: 2 sets
Leg Extensions: 1x60 (60kg)
Calf Raises 1x20 (60kg)
2 Stomach Exercises:
Leg lifts: 1x25
Torso lifts: 1x25
Arms:
Chest Curls: 2 sets
Swim Pulls: 1-2 sets (not exactly sure)
Rowing: 2 sets
Pullups: 1x10
Left the gym at 00:05
(Incidentally, the American dude from Yonsei University was there.)
The emphasis again was on legs, especially hamstrings. I felt a lameness in my lower back, knee and in the leg itself when I walked home. Foot didn't twinge or hurt when I ran, but I can feel the ankle is tight and tingling a bit when I walk. Should I ignore it?
Will swim tomorrow if the lunch meeting doesn't last too long, and maybe go to gym as well if I can get back from Carrefour close to 11pm.
