Week 5 Day 6


Gym: 25 Minutes.

Hamstring curls: 3-4 sets (per leg). Maximum 20. 20/15/10/5/10/5

Legs (especially hamstrings) seem to be responding, seem to be getting stronger. Still a difference in strength between the two.

Leg Raises: 2 sets (20/15/10/5/5
Calf raises: 2x20
Pullups: 10
Leg lifts (stomach exercise): 25
Rowing: 2x15
Chest curls: 20
Leg extensions: 30kgx100

Walking up the stairs just before I got home my legs felt swollen and wooly from gym. Was quite a tough workout again, despite it being pretty short.
Did not swim today as planned.

Try to get in a good swim tomorrow and continue to be consistent, and start running in the gym from next week. Try to do at least one cycle before Christmas!!!

btw the picture above is of the lighthouse at Agulhas. Agulhas is the most southerly point in Africa. I wouldn't mind visiting this spot a few weeks from now.
