Gym: 25 minutes.
Hamstring curls: 7-10 sets (2.5-5kg), maximum p set: 20
Leg extensions: 30 @ 70kg
Pullups: 10
Did various other exercises, with an emphasis on legs, and especially hamstrings and quadriceps.
Felt drained today. Kind've cranky too. Once they start heating the classrooms, and it is so cold at home I start doing that too, then it's a question of dry air all the time. I've been sneezing a bit lately, and feeling cold, and stiff and sore. Had a good vegetable meal last night at Aroi Aroi, and met some other teachers from schools in the area.
Tomorrow the weather is supposed to be as follows:
Maximum 15°C
Minimum 6°C
I can't imagine it will ever top that this month. It's not too cold, so I'd like to do a cycle tomorrow at 15:30/16:00.
I intend to maintain the goal for December to train a little every day until Christmas.
