Deprogram...or not?

My body clock is set so that I go to sleep at 6am. As you can imagine this causes a lot of discomfort. I would like to start running next week, possibly with Corneli at 7am, or at an easy pace on the treadmill in the gym. This presupposes that my sleeping patterns have adjusted by quite a large margin.

I'm feeling pretty sleepy now, and it's 1am, so I am going to see if I can nod off by around 2am.

It's the all night partying on Friday nights that throws my cycle out. If I go out this Friday I will try to call it a night by around 3am at the latest. If I can find something to do here in Ilsan, like watch Alexander, or go bowling, I'll rather do that. The weekend after this one may be going out for Wendi's birthday, and after that, I'd like to do a skiing trip. And the weekend after that I'll be in South Africa. Kind've scary stuff!

On the other hand, if I maintain this sleeping pattern until Christmas day (going to sleep here at 6am) I will slip perfectly into South Africa's day night schedule. 6am in Korea is 11pm in South Africa. Posted by Hello
