 clipped from www.news24.comCape Town - A 16-year-old American tourist has gone missing from the Cavendish Square Mall in Claremont, Western Cape police said on Sunday. The teenager identified as Sophia Lopez-Leyland was last seen on Saturday evening clad in a pair of black jeans with a white and grey hoodie-type of jacket, Captain Angie Latchman said. She described Sophia as an African American girl, medium in height and build, fair in complexion with shoulder length brown hair and pink steaks. "A search was immediately launched at all night clubs and shopping malls in the immediate vicinity of Claremont," Latchman said. Anyone with information about Sophia's whereabouts can contact Sergeant Mintoor on 021 657 2252 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111.
