SHOOT: No doube El Nino has put a dampener on the 2009 hurricane season, but there is still activity out there. The Pacific has been busy, but the heat is steadily building up through summer in the Gulf and Atlantic. TD2 has a long run up to build, currently spiralling due west at 13mph.
