Tropical Storm Danny materialises in the Atlantic

SHOOT: Well I did say we should keep an eye on this system and it hasn't disappointed. It has formed quickly, and is already pumping out 45mph winds. It's moving west-northwest, basically towards Miami, at around 16MPH. To the east another system is taking shape because those tropical Atlantic waters are piping hot. Expect a continuous bubbling of systems for the next few weeks, and probably the odd the monster or two.
