SHOOT: Probably not but theoretically easy to establish. Was she around during World War 1 or other historical events. Was she around during the 1918 Pandemic? Not too easy to establish after she is gone. Looking at her picture she looks younger than 130. If she has a 70 year old daughter she probably was around 100 years old. Unlikley she had kids at 50.

Temo, of Mohodi village in Senwabarwana, is believed to have died of shock after burying one of her two remaining daughters at the weekend. The dead daughter was aged 70. At the time of her death, Temo was staying with her eldest daughter, who is 80. Temo was believed to be the world’s oldest person alive by people in Limpopo. But the Guinness World Records was reluctant to recognise her. Instead it recognised Edna Parker from the US, 114, as the oldest person.
