Does New Zealand have half an ounce of wisdom? The David Bain trial suggets otherwise

Guilty as Sin (Bethlehem): If these murders were to take place in today's society, David Bain would be in jail for 5 counts of murder, so he got off pretty lightly in my opinion.

SHOOT: Click on the link below to view other comments, some diammetrically opposing, and many obviously devoid of logic and common sense. Like religion, emotion tends to override the need for facts. Which is how absurdities like this trial manage to prevail. We've become a weak-minded society.
For Robin to have committed the crimes he would've had to wait till David left for his paper round, go into the house, find the trigger lock for David's gun, load the gun, put some white gloves on, shoot 4 of his family, put a load of washing on, go back to the caravan and change, return to the house after picking the paper up at the front, switch the computer on, type a message, then kill himself, all the while busting to go to the toilet.
If it was David he would have to wake up sometime during the night, put HIS white gloves on, find HIS gun, shoot 4 of his family, put a load of washing on, go out and do his paper round, come back and wait for his father to enter the house then shoot him. Rearrange the scene to make it look like his father committed suicide and clean up any evidence.
It defies belief that anybody with half an ounce of wisdom would think that it would be plausible for Robin to have done it, without leaving any forensic evidence whatsoever.
