Corner Shop

This is the market near my house. My most common purchases here are bags of popcorn seeds, mandarins, and milk.
Tonight I bought strawberries, some chocolate (they come in strips with 5 squares per strip, and each paper strip attached has 4 stickers, which I keep and give to my students) and a bottle of water. In Korea you can't drink the water out of the taps. Or you can, but you may suffer from some kind of heavy metal poisoning.

Right across the road is an almost identical shop, with a blue sign (Coke vs Pepsi) but I never go to the blue shop because the people there are less friendly, and it seems a bit dirtier and less well organised. The shop is about 2 minutes walk from my place. Posted by Hello
