The notice on the right basically tells you that you better have your act together, and that their hours are 9:00am until 12:00am, and they have lunch until 1:30pm. They close at 5pm, and passports are returned with VISA's only after 4pm. No exceptions. Applications made after 2pm can only be returned the following day. The price for a Visa stamp is Y6000 or W60 000 (R300).
