You may have noticed that there aren't many pictures of Kanzai airport. I was mostly running or queuing in a hurry (staring at NO PHOTO! signs). I got here at 4:55pm.
Note: It's possible that this might be the fastest in and out VISA run in history, but I don't recommend anyone else try to do what I did. The woman at the Consulate said very clearly that I was an exceptional case, and that anyone else who tried would not be helped. Visa applications submitted before 2pm can only be collected after 4pm, and those submitted after 2pm might have to be collected the next day.
