I quite enjoyed this race, had a few short conversations with others guys, especially on the bike, but even so, 6 hours is a helluva long time, most of it you're on your own. When I got into the transition tent a girl helped me get my shoes on (it gets difficult when yours muscles are trying to cramp), and she said something to me, and I said, "You're the first person I've spoken to in hours. It's so nice to speak to someone again."
