'Traffic Light' Artists

SHOOT: When I feel frustrated and run down, I think of these guys. The thing about the cops stealing their work is true. I know because I once gave these guys two large, beautiful framed photos, poster size on canvas, framed in Oregon Pine. Within a few days the police had come and confiscated everything. Confiscated being a euphemism for stealing.
